The city is in ruins and it’s up to you to escape it, shoot anything that moves and make every shot count. Made using the given framework.

Basic Info:

Coding/scripting:

  • Coded all the different mechanics implemented such as guns, health pickups, puzzles and enemies

  • Used various features of blueprint such as timelines to create these mechanics

Game & Level Design:

  • Created the different weapons, enemies, puzzles and map layout building up from the preexisting framework

  • Planned out the Mechanics and Layout before decidng on what to create

  • Balanced each of the weapons and enemies with eachother to make a fun and fair experience

  • Setup basic lighting and environment detail

Playtesting & Bug Fixing:

  • Had a large array of people test out the level to make sure people of all skill levels could play it confidentley

  • Used in built markers such as a time to beat and death count to see how badly people where struggling

  • Made people fill out forms to get further and concrete feedback that I could look back on
